This year’s theme frames the future of education as a shared journey—where: 

• Teachers steer direction and remain the learning architects 

• Relationships anchor learning and sustain belonging and wellbeing 

• AI propels productivity while protecting professionalism, trust, and integrity 

 

Tracks 

There are four thematic tracks: 

Track 1 — The Helm: Teacher-Led Pedagogy & Learning Design 

Tagline: Teachers steer learning goals — AI supports delivery, not direction. 
Purpose: Spotlighting how teachers define outcomes, design learning experiences, and decide when AI helps. 

Track 2 — The Anchor: Relationships, Belonging & Wellbeing in an AI Age 

Tagline: Relationships anchor learning — teachers protect what matters most — Teacher-Student Relationship. 
Purpose: Ensuring AI strengthens—not replaces—human connection, motivation, and identity formation. 

Track 3 — The Engine Room: Teacher Workflows, Professional Agency & AI Productivity 

Tagline: Teachers command the tools — AI reduces load, not standards. 
Purpose: Making AI practical and sustainable by improving workflow, freeing time for relationships, and strengthening professional judgement. 

Track 4 — The Compass: Values, Ethics, Governance & Assessment Integrity 

Tagline: Teachers set the rules — AI follows them, transparently and responsibly. 
Purpose: Anchoring teacher-led AI in ethics, trust, fairness, privacy, and credible assessment in an AI-enabled world.

Country reports will align to the convention theme and tracks, enabling structured sharing across member organisations.
