PLAYING A PART IN SUPPORTING TW (Delegates)

Teacher Wellness is a key agenda driven by STU to promote the holistic well-being of teachers. STU provides free professional consultation and support services for members in distress.

As a preventive measure, STU also conducts programmes and talks on a variety of topics. STU Delegates can do the following to support TW:

  • Promote and publicise STU’s Teacher Wellness Programmes and Support Services to your members
  • Liaise with your Staff Welfare Committee to organise complimentary talks and
    programmes at your school/MOE branch.
  • Should you know of any member experiencing difficulties coping with work or personal life issues, approach the member and encourage him/her to make an appointment with STU’s Principal Consultant (Teacher Wellness).
