At STU’s recent delegates’ engagement session, STU General Secretary Mr Mike Thiruman<\/a><\/span> shared key highlights for the upcoming 6th National Delegates\u2019 Conference.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He spoke about the core issues raised, from teacher workload and leadership renewal, to building a culture of care, trust, and collaboration in schools. The resolutions passed at the NDC will shape STU\u2019s direction over the next four years, with a focus on career support, engaging younger educators, and amplifying teachers\u2019 voices in shaping policy, which the delegates actually did during their dialogue with the Education Minister, Mr Desmond Lee<\/a><\/span>, which followed the engagement session.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
